Seeking Experienced (Quickbooks Certified) Bookkeeper

12 year old Catering Company seeking an experienced bookkeeper, Quickbooks Certified, to help us make sense of our Company books.

We’ve been running this company as a mom & pop company but we are no longer that and MUST take the business side of the company as serious, if not more, then the service we provide.

The ideal candidate will have worked in the past with similar companies, someone who is able to go back (January 2023) clean-up what we’ve done and make sure moving forward things are done properly.

Knowledge and understanding of Sales Tax (several other states), Payroll and setting-up accounts is a must.

This is a remote position, preferably in Boca Raton, at first it may be many hours to clean-up and reconcile, then when things have been updated, we can together review how many hours are necessary.
