You will be happy to work alongside our development team, use your current knowledge, yet have a thirst to learn more and more and add to your knowledge. Learn more about modern web frameworks and patterns and to live and breathe software development to help our customers cut costs, save time and minimise mistakes in recruitment.

You have a genuine desire to use a wide range of internet based technologies … and create scalable software. You do like to celebrate your wins. And you do want to work within a culture that allows your potential to be developed to the fullest.

The opportunity open to you will require the following skills and attributes to be successful …*

Wants to work in a results-orientated team environment

• Can take responsibility for setting, aiming, achieving and exceeding development goals
• Has the enthusiasm and drive to develop and implement new ideas

• Is pro-active and can develop, maintain and take ownership of their work

• Is entirely comfortable with learning more HTML/CSS, Javascript, PHP/MySQL
• Has some knowledge of LAMP server administration
• Displays competency on both PC and Mac, all web browsers and the web in general plus a variety of software applications (including CRM software, Word, Excel) and platforms (including mobile – iPhone/Android, tablet iPad/Surface)

• Is willing to develop scalable software against large relational databases

• Enjoys bringing new ideas to the table

• Likes a challenge and performs well in a fast-paced environment
• Is familiar with recruitment processes [desirable but not essential]
• Has a passion for all things web!
