Job Role Summary

Implement NZ commercial card (Mobilcard) sales strategies, programs and projects as directed by the NZ CV Sales Manager to achieve profitability, volume growth and customer focus objectives.
Manage all NZ commercial card sales accounts as assigned by the NZ CV Sales Manager to grow sales volumes, achieve requisite profit, improve customer satisfaction, and meet all safety and controls standards of the Corporation.
Actively acquire new commercial card accounts through various sales channels and internal/external interfaces to meet sales targets as set by the NZ CV Sales Manager.
Maintain key control reports

Job Role Responsibilities

• Responsible for accomplishment of Commercial Card Sales stewardship objectives (volumes, contribution, Opex, credit, SSHE, controls, other KPI’s) in assigned geography.
• Actively acquire new Mobilcard business to grow volume and improve profit and to meet sales targets as assigned.
• Leads the development and implementation of Commercial Card sales business plans, programs and projects as assigned.
• Participate in card related studies/ value proposition studies.
• Monitors competitive activities to ensure that the Mobilcard business remains competitive in the market while exploring and developing new Commercial Card business opportunities.
• Develops and manages relationships, resolve issues, attend to queries and achieve customer satisfaction for all Mobilcard customers.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers to retain and grow their Mobilcard volume.
• Minimise Mobil’s TAR exposure by monitoring customer credit performance, identifying possible problem accounts and taking appropriate remedial action.
• Maintain complete and up to date records of all Mobilcard customers assigned.
• Assist other departments / functions on CV Sales fuel matters, including pricing and rebates.
• Coordinate with all relevant internal and external parties to ensure effective processing of accounts, issues, credit management and pricing.
• Attend to all new account management from acquisition to successful usage of Mobilcards.
• Develop safety awareness amongst customers. Implement and maintain SHE and OIMS programs and practices in line with company direction.
