Production Coordinator – Dublin
Grow with us as a Production Coordinator. We’re looking for an outstanding individual to become a core part of our Creative team. They will ensure our media productions run smoothly as part of an in-house creative department. You’ll ensure projects are handled by the right people, across video, motion graphics, and audio recording, also collaborating with our designers. You are the first point of contact for our stakeholders coming to work with us. You’ll be responsible for helping us maintain our internal brand as a high-performing, invaluable team within EY.
You’re that person with the colour-coded calendar app on your phone that plans your group nights out and somehow gets everyone to that new place, on time, and caters to everyone’s needs. You are the go-to person.
If you have the skills to keep a busy department on track with smooth efficiency, while doing the right thing, we need you. Managing all inbound inquires with our video and motion graphics team, with oversight of our larger Creative design team, means you are the glue holding the team together and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Your key responsibilities
- Track inbound media requests and assign amongst the team
- Qualify incoming requests and identify opportunities
- Talk with stakeholders to gain a solid understanding of their needs and communicate with our team on the best solutions to deliver against those needs
- Manage stakeholder expectations on scope and deadlines
- Track live projects on deadlines and changes in scope
- Interact with the team to reassign or reschedule work as timelines are fluid
- Proactively manage upcoming pressure points based on planned works and spot trends
- Manage strong relationships with our leads to support our ambitions as a creative team
- Educate stakeholder base on who we are and what we do, or what we could do
- Handle administration relating to media production so we have a shared system, always available to hand when something new arrives
