Full-stack Developer (Space Tech)

You will join our nationally based Space Tech Centre of Excellence, building technical platforms across cloud and web apps. EY is harnessing geospatial technology using GIS and space technology to evolve and better human experiences.

Your key responsibilities

We’re looking for Full-Stack Engineers to solve complex business problems for EY’s Space Tech SaaS software products. You’ll be responsible for design, development, and delivery, of front-end and microservice based components. This is a role that requires technical experience, agile, and interaction with leadership, both within EY and our client teams.

To qualify for the role you must have:

• Familiarity with front end – HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST/GraphQL and JSON
• Experience with React.js and front-end frameworks.
• Fluency in Node.js / .NET Core
• Experience in microservices, event-driven design, and containerisation
• Attitude to share/hone knowledge for yourself and your teammates and working collaboratively with a diverse range of team members.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Previous experience with API or data driven solutions
• Understanding of Digital led (UI/UX and beyond) solutions / delivery
• Experience with public cloud infrastructure offerings (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience in Agile, DevOps and Infrastructure as a Code concepts
