The opportunity

We’re seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer, who’s an encouraging team player, is passionate about the ServiceNow platform and has a knack for producing an excellent customer experiences and designing highly supportable solutions. Your key responsibilities:

To qualify for the role you must have:

• An ability to define at an architectural and design level of detail, technical solutions aligned with client business problems
• Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, SOAP/REST Web Services, LDAP, JDBC/ODBC; well versed in CSDM 3.0 framework and an understanding of popular coding languages.
• A keen eye for detail with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside the box
• The ability to build strong and credible relationships with business and technical stakeholders at all levels of the business
• The ability to self-manage and develop skills independently while contributing to the capability set of the broader team
• Experience and a good understanding of the ServiceNow platform, in particular; ITSM, CSM, HR, GRC and Service Portal.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• ServiceNow certifications
• Consulting Experience
• Agile Delivery Experience
