The opportunity

Our Technology Transformation team are seeking tech minded and solutions focused people to work on engagements that truly make a difference. Based in Wellington, you will be working on high-profile public sector engagements, with the brightest and best minds from across EY, finding innovative tech-based solutions to some of the most complex and demanding problems.

Your key responsibilities

• Enable the implementation of concepts, solutions and systems that have been defined through research, strategy, ideation and innovation
• Help clients optimize value by devising strategies and models to support and sustain technology transformations and maximize technology function synergies and financial benefits
• Develop a vision around how digital assets will transform client value and deliver meaningful change
• Collaborate across EY service lines to increase value for clients – including EY Tahi (EY’s Māori organisation) to ensure we meet important Te Tiriti ō Waitangi obligations and provide meaningful outcomes for Māori

To qualify for the role you must have

• Ability to build exceptional client relationships – our clients are at the centre of what we do. Through the delivery of Technology Transformation engagements, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships to make sure that we deliver quality and value.
• Ability to manage projects – we help our client solve their complex technology challenges. You will need good project delivery skills to manage and deliver technology projects across our key clients.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Strong commercial awareness and proven ability to present technical information in a meaningful manner to key stakeholders
