Full time receptionist for a busy medical practice in Covington, Louisiana, which includes answering the phone, checking patients in and out and collecting copays and other payments. Weekdays only , hours differ depending on the day, usually four full days, Monday through Thursday and a half day on Fridays. Also, will be responsible for pulling and putting away patient charts and helping the clinical staff as needed. Usually the first person that the patient comes in contact with , a friendly welcoming smile and ready to help guide them through the office. The office staff, from the physician to the technicians, are part of a team, whose main goal is to help patients get the best possible result , it is important to be a team member in this practice and recognize that everyone has a vital role in accomplishing the goal.
