EZ Messenger’s team is continually developing systems to integrate our proprietary software with the leading eFile Service Provider to insure a seamless transition to eFiling on our clients’ behalf.
To maintain the necessary levels of compliance established by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, EZ Messenger has a fully staffed Quality Control & Compliance department. As a third-party vendor, we have all the necessary controls in place to satisfy the standards set by client audits. We also have retained General Counsel to stay abreast of the ever-changing Federal and State rules and regulations.

Purpose: Our E-File Team’s primary focus is to file documents in a digital format with courts that have authorized this method of filing throughout multiple states.
The EFile Specialist will assist with the facilitating filings and obtaining electronic documents from court. All EFile Specialists will be provided on the job training on any given tasks for daily processing.
Job Duties Details:
- Specialized queue monitoring
- Maintain court requirements to ensure successful filings.
- Update Leads/Manager when escalated issues occur with any courts.
- Looks for common errors and missing information that would otherwise prevent submissions from being accepted.
- Provide a localized level of quality assurance with tools available.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Capacity to communicate effectively
- Strong understanding of instructions for different states and courts
- Excellent understanding of court filings
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Ability to focus on a singular task for long periods of time
- Incredible accuracy of e-filing documents with the courts
- Ability to stay organized
- Ability to fix issues before they cause undue delay or error in e-filing
- Attention to detail
Compensation and Benefits
- $12 – $15 per hour
