Fabri-Quilt, Inc. – A privately-owned, multidivisional company based in North Kansas City since 1962.

The divisions consist of: Fabri-Quilt Retail – Sells printed cotton fabric for resale at commercial retail stores and for home arts and crafts projects.

• Fabri-Quilt Wholesale –Sells quilted fabric to the work-wear and garment industries for jacket, coat and other linings.
• Warp & Phil – Fabricates decorative textile products for the hospitality and commercial markets.
• WallyGro – Lifestyle brand including vertical gardening products and direct-to-consumer home textiles.
• Fabri-Quilt Polyester Batting – Fabricates polyester fill (batting), the fibrous material sewn between the top and bottom layers of quilted fabric that provides cushioning and thermal insulation.
• Printed – A high technology fabric printing and finishing company serving the retail, commercial and craft industries.

Fabri-Quilt is looking for a highly motivated Data Entry Specialist responsible for entering sales, inventory and invoicing data efficiently and accurately. The successful candidate will play an integral role on our growing team and learn about the many opportunities within the Fabri-Quilt family of companies! You will be working with multiple departments to ensure our business transactions flow smoothly – and in the best interest of our customers – through the entire lifecycle of an order. Responsibilities:

• Enter orders, inventory and invoicing data into our new Epicor operating system
• Set up new customer accounts and adjust existing account data
• Update or change Bill of Material orders on excel spreadsheets
• Provide updates to multiple managers regarding questions/concerns of their department orders
• Help Project Managers problem-solve issues customers might have regarding orders
• Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines as needed
• Similar duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• A minimum of 3-years of experience in an order entry role or related experience
• Ability to type 25 words per minute and be proficient in ten-key entry

Skills:

• An ability to problem-solve and collaborate on solutions
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, etc.
• Must be detailed-oriented with outstanding organization skills
• A positive attitude and highly effective communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
