Required Skills:
Contribute to the functional strategies of job architecture and leveling while providing strong project leadership, a bias towards action, and a strong focus on driving key outcomes
Demonstrate cross functional leadership by taking a broad perspective to problems and thinking systemically
Collaborate effectively with cross functional partners across the HR ecosystem to identify and prioritize opportunities that will address the most critical issues
Ensure programs and solutions align to desired outcomes and guiding principles
Consult with and influence Business and HR leaders on strategy and recommended decisions using data-driven insights
Design and implement effective communication and education strategies and materials suitable for employees, managers, and executives
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS
7+ years of experience in compensation and/or Job Architecture/Leveling team experience
Demonstrated project management experience working in fast-paced, globally matrixed environments
Change-orientated & experience prioritizing, with experience working on timelines while managing multiple key priorities
Communication and influencing skills with demonstrated experience building relationships and credibility with HR and Business leaders
Experience driving results through significant collaborative efforts and partnerships
Experience with analytics, Excel, PowerPoint and HR Systems
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or Advance Degree
World at Work CCP or GRP certification
Experience in consulting-firm capacity supporting and advising companies on job analysis, job architecture and/or job leveling decisions
