Summary:
The Recruiting Product Team’s mission is to develop products and technologies to identify and hire talented people from all over the world to join us at Facebook. Operating at our scale requires re-thinking the traditional recruiting paradigm, and shipping unique products, internally and externally. We are looking for an experienced Project Lead. This role will work across the Recruiting Products organization to align our organizational plans and priorities to its long-term business strategy. As a critical part of the team, this role gives you the opportunity to collaborate, drive core initiatives, shape communications, and form the culture at all levels of the organization.
Required Skills:
This role requires someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving organization using lightweight processes, creative ideas and quick iteration to make a significant impact
Collaborate with product teams and other internal stakeholders on key business initiatives, programs, resource planning, and special projects
Develop a strategic understanding of the business to connect the dots between internal teams to efficiently execute on commitments and deliverables
Work closely with cross-functional Partners across the Recruiting Program Management Organization to ensure transparent and timely communication of key initiatives, deliverables and impact
Identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and collaboration
Analyze data and summarize information to help the teams to align and prioritize
Compile and edit briefing materials, product narratives and presentations
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of experience with project or program management, strategy, management consulting, or business operations
Experience working directly with people at all levels, including executive leaders
Experience managing multiple tasks under timelines and shifting priorities
Experience cultivating internal relationships
Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership
Effective communication skills
