Key Responsibilities:

• Develop talent pipelines to attract top talent in order to fill job reqs.
• Source, evaluate, and submit qualified candidates to clients for consideration
• Lead new client onboarding (intake) meetings to ensure we have a complete picture of the client’s needs, wants, and desires related to filling the job req.
• Manage client expectations accordingly
• Meet with client decision-makers, hiring and/or HR Managers on a weekly basis to communicate candidate pipeline developments and gather necessary feedback on candidates submitted to the client for consideration.
• Ensure ATS is up-to-date at all times.
• Use creativity to solve problems related to client management and job req. fulfillment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management, or related
• 2+ years of experience working as an agency recruiter filling an average of 2 full-time permanent placements per month
• Experience managing between 8 and 10 active reqs. at all times
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with various recruiting techniques, including but not limited to LinkedIn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
