You will be part of team which is responsible for the FairPrice Supermarket Marketing Campaigns and Activities to uplift the Brand Equity and drive Shopper Traffic and Engagement with the aim of supporting the Business to achieve our Revenue, Transactions and Profit goals.

You will interface and manage key stakeholder relationships internally (Products, Channels, Procurement and other internal Marketing teams) and externally (Creative, Media, Production agencies) to help develop and deliver the campaigns and in-store activations.

You will be expected to:

• Plan, manage and execute multiple campaign initiatives across different timelines with accountability on program execution against tight timelines.
• Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns and events and ensure effective and accurate in-store communications.
• Work closely with internal departments, creative/ media agencies and external vendors on the creation of marketing deliverables.
• Drive, coordinate and participate in promotional activities and in-store events, working with Products, Suppliers and Agencies to market products and services.
• Conduct robust post campaign reports.
• Work closely with internal cross-functional teams such as customer analytics to ensure all stakeholders’ requirements are accounted for.
• Manage and be accountable for your campaign budgets.

• At least 3 years experience working with creative and media agencies in conceptualizing and running campaigns.
• Possess both a creative and analytical mind.
• Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Able to navigate well in ambiguity.
• Team player with ability to manage multiple stakeholders, cross-collaborate and multi-task.
• Excellent business acumen as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Willingness to be hands on and go to stores to seek improvements for campaign execution.
• FMCG/ Retail experience would be preferred.
