Fallon & Byrne have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a flexi-time Bartender for our ballroom on Exchequer Street. This is our private dining space and plays host to hundreds of events per year including weddings, corporate dinners, Christmas parties and family celebrations.

We are passionate about exceeding our guests’ expectations and our Bartenders are extremely customer focused and passionate about delivering a superior experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all drinks ordered in an efficient and timely manner and to a high standard.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the bar at all times during your shift.
• Keep the bar continuously stocked from set up to breakdown and throughout service and to practice stock rotation at all times.
• Close down the bar at the end of the shift to a high standard and in line with company policy.
• Work harmoniously with all waiters and management.
• Take care of all bar equipment according to SOPs

The Person

• Previous experience of working a busy bar.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, professional and approachable.
• Warm, vibrant, enthusiastic and welcoming to guests, and passionate about creating memorable experiences for customers at our bar.
• Ability to communicate well with and work harmoniously with floor staff and management team.
• Excellent product knowledge.
• flexibility regarding working hours, particularly around weekends and stock delivery days.
