Fallon & Byrne Hiring for Office Administrator (Part-time) Job at Dublin , Ireland Full Time

Fallon & Byrne wishes to recruit a part-time administrator to join our Head Office team. Based on Exchequer Street in Dublin city centre, this role will provide support across a number of business functions including online store, catering and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and general email enquiries in a friendly and helpful manner, dealing with queries as required.
• Manage online orders from customer confirmation through to fulfillment.
• Coordinate logistics with delivery drivers and courier companies .
• Liaise with our team of chefs on catering and celebration cake orders
• Assist in keeping the website product inventory accurate and up-to-date
• Confident communication, both written and verbal
• Other ad-hoc office duties as required (stationery orders, printers, postage)

The Person

• Previous experience in a busy customer-facing role.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, professional and approachable.
• Warm, vibrant, enthusiastic and welcoming, and passionate about creating memorable experiences for customer.
• Ability to prioritise and work under pressure with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate well with and work harmoniously with fellow staff and management team.
• Strong IT skills, particularly use of MS Office suite.
• Flexibility regarding working hours. Our office is open on 6 days per week including Saturdays. Must have some mid-week availability and Saturday availability.
• Flexibility to move to full-time hours in November and December is an advantage but not a must.
