Fanatics Hiring for Sr Recruiting Coordinator at United States Full Time

Fanatics Betting and Gaming is on the lookout for a skilled Recruiting Coordinator to assist our Talent Acquisition Team. This position will be fully remote, providing support to team members and candidates across various time zones, both domestic and international. The FBG Talent Acquisition team is actively expanding our recruitment efforts in the US, Canada, the UK, and Ireland, and we require additional coordination support. In this role, you will have the chance to collaborate with a fantastic team of Recruiters and hiring teams, playing a vital part in FBG’s groundbreaking journey in the betting & gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer scheduling and coordination assistance for the Talent Acquisition team.
• Collaborate closely with Recruiters and hiring teams to facilitate high-volume interview scheduling.
• Generate Internal and External Offer Letters with both speed and precision.
• Assist with onboarding new hire paperwork, encompassing background checks and I-9 documentation.
• Manage the team’s recruiting calendar, organize recruiting events, and handle related logistics.
• Enhance existing processes to boost efficiency, effectiveness, and service quality.
• Provide general administrative support to the Recruiting team.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive matters.
• Engage in various recruiting projects as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume Recruiting Coordinator role.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to supporting others.
• Consistently prioritize delivering a top-notch candidate experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with team members and candidates at all levels.
• A genuine desire to learn, be curious, and contribute to team improvement.
• Proven ability to stay organized, multitask, prioritize under pressure, and pay attention to detail.
• Capability to excel in an ambiguous environment and adapt to frequent changes.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with G-suite, Zoom, and/or Google Meets for scheduling remote interviews is essential.
• Experience with Oracle ATS is highly preferred, though not mandatory.
• Experience in scheduling high-volume customer service or engineering candidates is a definite advantage.
