The Role
The role involves milking 100 cows through a 10 unit swing over parlour, rearing calves and other general farm work.
There will be some element of machinery work and if you do not have the confidence the farmer is willing to train you. There is also a jeep available that the right candidate will be insured in for his or her use.
The Applicant
The successful applicant should have experience within the farming industry. He/she will need to be able to milk and assist in rearing calves. Machinery experience would be a bonus but not essential. Other general farm work will also need to be carried out with the farmer.
