About the Role
Are you customer obsessed, a great problem solver and have an authentic style that relates to a wide range of people, particularly rural folk? Then we’d love to hear from you. Our high performing and friendly team at our National Support Office on Wairakei road are looking for another legend to join us.
You’ll be supporting our shareholders through providing a real human connection that is engaging, deepens our relationship and helps solve any queries they may have about their account, farm supplies, fuel or nutrition. You will be working through a range of touchpoints including phone, messaging, email and chat.
About You
You’ll be growth minded, flexible and focused. A collaborator, able to think on your feet and own shareholder inquiries end to end.
These are permanent roles, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am and 5pm. It would be helpful if you have had experience in working in a face to face or telephone-based customer service roles, however this is not essential. We are committed to training and growing the right people.
