We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Retail Business Manager to join our team at Farmlands Kamo.

About the role

This is an amazing opportunity to take that next step in your career where you will assit the Retail Business Manager in the day to day operation of the store. This role will allow you to broaden and strengthen your retail management experience as well as gaining access to a raft of career opportunities on offer within Farmlands.

Duties

In this leadership role you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with delivering the branch plan
• Supporting the team to achieve financial, as well as health and safety targets
• Role modelling superior customer service and merchandising to the team
• Supporting the Business Manager to recruit and induct new staff members

Skills & Experience

Our successful applicant will have proven team leadership/supervisory experience and genuinely thrive on developing and mentoring others! You will also have:

• A retail/customer service background
• Knowledge of retail/commercial operational processes
• An affinity with the agri sector
