We are on the hunt for an experienced food retail professional whose heart is with team engagement and next-level customer experience.
Assisting to lead the Epsom Chilled Food and Alcohol team, this role focuses on engaging and motivating the team and sharing our delicious offerings with our fabulous customers. Working as part of a larger management team, this is an on-the-floor, lead-by-example role where team development and leadership is key.
You will be role-modelling your skills in merchandising, ordering, stock management and customer service. An interest in quality food and alcohol is a definite advantage in this role. A tertiary qualification in a related discipline would help you to understand the numbers and the bigger picture, so would be a big benefit. We want to hear your plans for how you would engage and motivate staff. You would also need to be comfortable with spending periods of time in a cold room, and you need to be able to safely lift 20kg+.
This role is based in our Epsom store and works Sunday – Thursday.
