Compensation: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00/yr plus Corporate Bonus
Location: Overland Park, KS

Favorite Healthcare Staffing is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to keep our Talent Acquisition department running smoothly and efficiently while maintaining a good sense of humor. This is a great opportunity for someone to assist and gain additional experience with general recruitment functions and practices as well.
Job Responsibilities:

Schedule interviews, set up meetings, and distribute the appropriate and needed information

Answer general email inquiries on open positions and application status

Facilitate communication between Talent Acquisition department and other departments

Create and distribute offer letters and supporting documents

Complete reference checks as assigned

Update recruitment spreadsheet and track KPI’s

Prepare job descriptions

Support the broader HR team on initiatives and projects
Qualifications/Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent required

Previous administrative support experience required

Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability

Ability to handle confidential information and maintain its confidentiality

Ability to support multiple projects at once
