Clerical Support Position

Hello,

We are an established pest control company looking to fill a work-from-home Clerical Support position.

This position is for full time (9-5EST M-F + optional on call for weekends) long-term employment with opportunities for growth and advancement.

What are we looking for?

1. We are looking for someone who has a great command of the English language and can speak in a clear and concise manner. Bilingual English/Spanish speaking skills are a plus.

2. We are looking for someone who is experienced with handling clients over the phone as well as via email.

3. You must be organized, detail oriented and MUST be able to follow the processes and protocols of our business.

4. This is a remote position, so it means you get to work in the comfort of your home! However we must ensure our clients are receiving the premium service they expect of us. An acceptable working situation will require a stable internet connection and a quiet place–No babies crying,
No animals making noise, No exterior sounds such as trains, planes and cars, etc.

Specific Duties:

1. Monitoring a support email inbox
2. Answering customer support calls
3. Backing-up sales team (answering general questions, collecting customer info, and occasional lead follow-ups)
4. Confirming next day’s appointments
5. Scheduling unscheduled appointments
6. Rescheduling missed appointments
7. Adding new appointments to the calendar
8. Actively managing our technicians’ schedules
