What you can expect at FedEx Ground:
Fast paced and physical warehouse work – why pay for a gym membership when you can get paid while working out?

Warehouse duties include loading, unloading, and sorting of packages of various sizes.

Part time FedEx Ground employees work one shift a day; full time FedEx Ground employees work two shifts.

Shift lengths vary based on package volume – generally part time employees work between 3 and 6 hours a day. Full time employees can expect to work between 6 and 10 hours.

Overtime paid after 40 hours a week.

Above rate includes:
$16 base

$1 shift differential

$2 full time (until 10/1/22, then $1)

$2.00 additional hour surge from

1/16/22 – 10/1/22

$50 bonus for PT PH working 35+hours

At FedEx Ground, we also offer a 3-day a week work schedule. This option will allow you to work as few as 3 days a week, one of which must include a Friday or Saturday (Sunrise schedule must include Saturday). This schedule can be applied to any one of our advertised shifts. If you are interested in this 3-day shift option, please let HR know when they contact you with a job offer.
