What you can expect at FedEx Ground:
Fast paced and physical warehouse work – why pay for a gym membership when you can get paid while working out?

Warehouse duties include loading, unloading, and sorting of packages of various sizes.

Part time FedEx Ground employees work one shift a day; full time FedEx Ground employees work two shifts.

Shift lengths vary based on package volume – generally part time employees work between 3 and 6 hours a day. Full time employees can expect to work between 6 and 10 hours.

Overtime paid after 40 hours a week.

Base Rates prior adding Temporary Pay Enhancements:
Part Time $18.25 – day-afternoon shifts

Part Time $20.25 – night-early morning shifts

Full Time $19.25 – day-afternoon shifts

Full Time $21.25 – night-early morning shifts

Temporary Pay enhancements:
$2 pay enhancement from 11/6/22 to12/24/22

$2 Full Time pay enhancement from 11/6/22 to 12/24/22

$2 weekend differential 10pm Fri-10am Mon 11/11/22-12/19/22

Weekend Shifts Available:
These schedules are great for students, or those that have a primary job and would like to add supplementary income!

Shifts Available Part Time:
Day: 2:00pm to 6:00pm

Twilight: 6:00pm to 10:30pm

Midnight: 11:00pm to 4:30am

Sunrise: 4:00am to 8:00am

Full Time available after 15 days of employment

Additional Schedule information:

• Employee must be available to work at least one weekend day.
