Responsibilities
Supervise the work of local and remote Concierges team supporting multiple markets/areas across our district to ensure adherence to quality standards and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems as needed
Support and enforce the Team expectations and goals through routine call monitoring, by driving associate/team performance including adherence to key performance and quality indicators, reporting all details in daily interaction with Sales Team Manager
Regularly conduct team meetings to provide updates on team performance, training opportunities (product/professional), and team successes
Participate in the work of associates to understand and distribute workload, drive productivity, and ensure effective work/life balance
Develops and maintains relationships with leadership—inside and outside of service areas
Participate in leadership meetings and represent associate concerns, policies, and guidelines to the management team
` Qualifications
Prior management/supervisory experience preferred
2 to 3 years prior experience in the industry
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Ambition to succeed
General computer skills including Microsoft Office
Self-Motivator
Ability to multi-task
Enthusiasm, courtesy and articulation
Ability to learn quickly
Service minded, highly motivated, able to meet deadlines and customer service oriented with ability to build relationships
