About the position:

This position will accelerate the growth of the Confectionary Category mainly thru our brands and to drive the long- term vision of our customer.

Main responsibilities:

You will lead the development of the confectionery category with one of our clients across different formats (shelf, box, seasonal), and accelerate the growth of the confectionery category primarily through our brands and to drive our client’s long-term vision.

You will implement and help develop the category strategy across all formats (shelf, CHO, seasonalities)

You will interact with internal stakeholders to proactively meet their expectations regarding product outcomes, opportunities, and warnings (sales, marketing, and trade marketing teams).

You will be responsible for the implementation and development of the category strategy across all formats (Shelf, CHO, Seasonalities)

You will control and supervise the team under your charge, ensuring resource maximization and proper monitoring of requirements.

Who we are looking for:

• Min. Degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineer, Business Administration or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in Category
• Advanced English
• Experience in Category Management
• Knowledge of Nielsen Information, RIE, Scantrack, Iscam.
• Excel and Power Point skills
• Results-oriented, analytical, proactive, responsible, business-oriented and with strong influence skills
