Ferretti Search is delighted to collaborate with a fast-growing services organization in search of a Customer Success Manager who can own several post-software-implementation support projects.

Location: Southwest Charlotte, NC (3/2 Hybrid Schedule)

Compensation: $75,000 – $90,000 annually

Project Coordination: Act as a liaison between the company and Service Titan, facilitating project timelines, and ensuring all requirements are met promptly.

Stakeholder Communication: Manage communication with various branches, ensuring consistent use of the ServiceTitan platform and addressing any issues or updates.
