We are looking for a pleasant part-time Customer Service Representative to undertake receptionist and clerical duties at Newark, DE, office; 25 to 30 hours per week. The candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of office services functions. This role may oversee the daily allocation of tasks within the department, which may include some or all of the following: the daily operation of the incoming and outgoing calls, prepares written correspondence, reports, and orders, calls to customers, maintain customer happiness scores at or above company standards. This role will also complete other office support functions as directed for our Kitchen & Bath division, which may vary by site and can include general administrative functions as well as reception functions. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service are strongly preferred.

Training will be offered for applicants with willingness to learn and looking for a long-term position.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
