Job Qualifications:

  • Min Diploma from recognised insitutions
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup)
  • Training will be provided
  • 3 months contract
  • 5 days work week

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Project administrative works such as checking and preparation of project reports
  • Online updating of project status
  • Generating and online submission of invoices to customers
  • Follow up on customer payment
  • Handling email enquiries from customers
  • any other adhoc administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor, training will be provided
