The Teams
You work in partnership with Squad Leads (Product Owners) and other Chapter Leaders aligned to Asset Management Account Management Product Area to ensure consistent standards and quality.
The Expertise You Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a technology related field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) required.
This role requires 15+ years’ of proven technology leadership experience in designing and building highly scalable software solutions.
Expertise in Engineering methodologies in at least one tier of the stack and strong awareness and appreciation in the other tiers.
Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing people and teams
Experience identifying and acquiring talent needs; and resource planning and talent allocation across large organizations
Financial services experience, preferred but not required

align chapter members across squads and tribes to ensure the best utilization of talent while also building learning opportunities and learning day content to develop skills
set and apply standards and ensure the work performed is aligned with established road maps

Collaborate with chapter leadership team to reduce technical debt and modernize applications
Continuously focus on improving stability and resiliency of applications and batch processes
Relentlessly work on improving engineering standards and quality
