Account Manager – Dundrum – €45K – €50K

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our client service team in Dundrum. Role will involve working with an Account Director to managing a team who are responsible for the execution of In-store Sampling in stores nationwide.

Client/Account Management:

• Responsible and accountable for the day-to-day management of client account/s
• Ensure account objectives within company standards are achieved
• Continuously build and nurture Client relationship
• Full project management: set up, turnaround & reporting functions
• Ensure full territory/call coverage within agreed client time frames
• Analyze results and make recommendations where appropriate
• Provide timely reporting to clients, to highest standard at all times
• Manage budget allocation for each client activity to ensure revenue and margin achievement
• Develop personnel within the team
• Be Solution driven at all times
• Ability to manage multiple clients closely ensuring all client KPI’s are met

What We Are Looking For:

• Ideally someone with 1-2 years experience within an Account Management role. Experience in retail/FMCG an advantage, but not essential.
• This is a busy and diverse role, so ideally candidate who can work well under pressure and still maintain quality & standards within the services we provide
• Someone who is organised and operationally strong
• Someone who has good interpersonal skills to work well within a team environment
• Someone who has experience dealing with Clients
