What can we do for you?

• Opportunity to earn €28,650 annum OTE (based on weekly salary and monthly commission for great performance)
• 40 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern
• Flexible shifts – you will be working between 08:00-20:00 Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30 Saturday
• Amazing additional incentives potentially worth over €3.5k per year
• Weekly pay and monthly commission

• Full computer kit provided (desktop set up)

What is your job role?

As one of our enthusiastic customer solutions advisors, you will be fielding incoming calls from current clients and working towards daily targets and objectives.

We also have additional opportunities for a committed customer service advisors conducting outbound calls to existing customers clients. Customers will look to you for assistance with specific products or services as well as to respond to their inquiries and concerns. Your key competencies will be used to cross- and up-sell!

What will your responsibilities be?

· Be the voice of the business and deliver an exceptional customer experience

· Up sell and cross sell to all new and existing customers

· Work as part of a high-performing team with individual and team targets/goals.

· Full training will be given, so you don’t need to worry about been thrown in at the deep end .To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for exceeding goals and providing a positive experience even in difficult circumstances. You’ll also need to be highly motivated, resilient, and thrive on exceeding targets.

· You should have great communication and listening skills along with the ability to demonstrate FMI’s mission and values
