Senior Account Manager – Dundrum – €60K + Bonus

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our client service team in Dundrum. Role will involve working closely with the Senior Management team and Key clients to ensure excellent execution of our current field projects nationwide

Client/Account Management:

• Overall responsibility and accountability for the management of client account/s
• Manage an in-house client service team who are responsible for the execution of all client projects
• Ensure that our clients objectives within company standards are achieved weekly/monthly
• Continuously build and nurture Client relationship to maximise profit potential
• Full project management: set up, turnaround & reporting functions
• Have the ability to identify and develop their team to achieve aims of the business
• Responsible for all client IT & Reporting requirements on a weekly/monthly basis
• Develop and mentor personnel within the team internally and in the field
• Be solution driven at all times to maximise sales opportunities across all accounts
• Ability to manage multiple clients while closely ensuring all client KPI’s are met
• Achieving and exceeding revenue targets set for your key accounts

What We Are Looking For:

• Ideally someone with 2-3 years Management experience within a Retail or Client Services environment. Experience in retail/FMCG a strong advantage.
• Someone who can work well under pressure and still maintain quality & standards within the services we provide
• Someone who is operationally strong and has previous experience in managing and motivating a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills and can manage teams
• Excellent IT and Administrative skills
• Someone who is highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Salary: €60,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

• Bonus pay

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Dublin, County Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
