THE AUCKLAND OFFICE

Based in the heart of Auckland the office has seen substantial growth since its inception in 2016. We work with some iconic NZ businesses, and our long-standing relationships is a hallmark of our success in NZ. An entrepreneurial team, it has a small agency feel with the backing of a larger agency’s resources, relationships and capabilities.

• CX – although this is not core to the role, you will have an opportunity to work on some projects

THE OPPORTUNITY

What you’ll be doing……

• Be an integral part of growing our expanding NZ offering. You will help nurture existing client relationships by providing insights that drive growth and make an impact for our clients, as well as assisting the NZ senior team to grow their client base.
• Leading briefings and proposals, demonstrating a thorough understanding of client issues and drawing upon your creativity and technical skills to provide substantial input into proposal development
• Designing appropriate methodology, develop complex quantitative approaches and utilise frameworks to develop strategic and actionable outcomes
• Utilising your drive, energy and brilliant communication skills (written, verbal and presentation skills), to provide clients with commercial outcomes and exceed their expectations

To be successful in this role you need to …

• Be highly skilled, a naturally talented and curious quantitative researcher with around 10+ years of experience.
• Have a strong ability to make the complex simple, tell powerful stories to influence and love solving big questions and providing strategic research recommendations.
• Display a high level of commercial acumen and be an engaging and influential presenter.
