We are now looking for a dynamic Director of Business Development who will build and lead our sales efforts while helping define a new approach to acquiring customers and developing strategic partnerships.

Position Overview:
As our Director of Business Development, you’ll be responsible for driving Finch’s growth from start to finish. You’ll manage the entire sales process, from finding potential customers to closing deals. You’ll also work closely with our marketing team to generate leads and optimize our sales process. And last but not least, you’ll build strong relationships with our partners and make sure they’re aligned with our customer service team to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
