About the role

Your core responsibilities will be assisting the team with creating ongoing reports, analysing data, talking with existing partners to review and manage their monthly targets, and supporting the client services team to find new business partners.

Responsibilities

• Affiliate marketing: You will work with the performance director and Marketing team to make sure we push marketing campaigns that help finder and our partners hit their monthly goals

• On-site product merchandising: Working with the team to improve the product merchandising on the website i.e. how products are listed.

• Analytics and reporting: preparing spreadsheets for monthly budgets, reporting, and forecasting.

• Performance management: You will help optimize the revenue on each page by deciding alongside the performance director the best order of the products displayed on each page.

• Partner prospecting: Researching new partnerships for the website. Seeing what partners are listed on competitors and finding suitable contacts. Enriching contact data using tools such as Linkedin, voila norbert and neverbounce.

• Task and operations management: Use JIRA as a collaborative task and project managing tool to carry inbound tasks and effectively communicate amongst the finder team members.

• Tag management: Working alongside the Publishing and Editorial team to manage affiliate tags among a network of partners, applying diligence and extreme attention to detail for managing its accuracy and activity on site.

• Collaborate with the Publishing and Editorial team: Work with the Publishing and Editorial Team to gain/share insights on how you can grow your verticals at finder.

• Data reporting: Preparing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports

• Web research: research and source information and data as required with ongoing, ad hoc as well as new projects.

• Collaborate across teams: You will be required to attend meetings throughout the week across different time zones

Desired Experience and Skills

• A total of 2-3 years of sales experience.

• Business development experience. Finding suitable contacts for outreach and actual outreach experience.

• Strong administrative skills in collating data, spreadsheets, advanced excel knowledge using formulas and dynamic tables are essential.

• Nice to have: Intermediate to advanced Google Analytics knowledge

• Must be a graduate with a degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Marketing, or related

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Problem-solving and research experience

• Stakeholder management is an essential expectation for the role, you must be clear and direct with your communications.

• Someone who has a creative mind yet is a strong implementer

• A desire to continuously develop your business and technical skills

• Fluid English speaking and writing

• People skills (Public speaking, negotiation)
