About the role:
The Change Coordinator acts as a facilitator, responsible for the overall day to day change management process including prioritising change requests, assessing their impact and coordinating the CAB for approval of major changes. The role reviews change plans and schedules, assesses risk and impact, creates plans, defines and sequences the tasks needed to accomplish the change request, and ensures scheduling people and resources for each task.
The role supports staff members with specialised abilities who handle the details of the change request. The role also works closely with operational teams and project leads to ensure changes submitted in the approved format and comply with the change management policy. The Change Coordinator ensures that appropriate information is gathered based on the type of change being submitted and support channelling of the change through the correct process e.g., standard change, normal or emergency process.
The role ensures the Change Register, the Technical Service Catalogue, CMDB, and Service Matrix are all kept up to date. The role provides provide information to first line investigation of incidents to enable incident resolution, and apply techniques and processes to track, log and correct information relating to configuration items.

The salary range for this role is $86,255 up to $95,839. Offers will be made within the range to reflect the skills and experience offered by the candidate and those required of the role.
