Technical Skills:

• 5+ Years of experience in Business Analyst Role
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details.
• Should be able to understand business requirement and explain the same to technical team
• Create and maintain workflows, approval processes, and validation rules based on internal stakeholder requirements.
• Document current and future system use cases and business flows
• Creates technical requirements necessary to implement proposed solutions.
• Solid knowledge of the application development process and related documentation needs
• Supporting the documentation and testing of new features and functionality
• Assist with the development of system documentation, training materials, communication materials, demos, etc., in preparation for a project release
• Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner.
• Work with business unit personnel to identify required changes and communicate information to development team.
• Ability to work independently with users to define concepts, under direction of project managers is required. Must possess strong analytical, organizational and product management skills.
• Deliver informative, well organized presentations.
• Ability to push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets is required.
• Ability to plan and monitor according to the needs of the project and the team.
• Ability to assist with the business case.
• Open to work in overlap timings

• Good written and oral communication
• Positive attitude and strong inclination towards learning
• Good requirement gathering and elicitation skills.
• Must possess strong leadership skills and generate enthusiasm among team members
• Provide functional leadership to the project team
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies. Ability to understand user stories
• Experience with JIRA and version control tools like Github
• Ability to work with remote teams will be an added advantage.
