First Advantage Looking for Associate Global Customer Care Representative (NZ) at Whangarei, Northland Full Time

The Position

We are looking for a Global Customer Care Representative who will give our clients the care they deserve to join our Friendly, Diverse & Professional Team.

The key focus of the role is providing an outstanding level of service to our customers, their candidates and processing background checks with an emphasis on quality and efficiency. This involves both inbound and outbound calls, email communication (both internal and external) and strict adherence to service level agreements, performance targets and compliance.

Our New Zealand Operations Centre based in Whangarei is part of a Global Customer Care Team, headed up by US and locally offers a fast paced and exciting friendly team focused environment where employees are valued for their contribution and supported to be successful in their roles.

The hours for this position fall between 8.30 am and 8.00 pm, Monday to Friday on a daily/weekly rotational roster, including NZ public holidays (full time, 40 hours per week). We are equipped to work from home during lockdown periods where necessary.

The ideal candidate must:

• Have good work ethic and be reliable
• Work as part of a team and have an excellent phone manner including good written / verbal communication skills
• Be able to pick up new tasks and processes quickly, and have experience working in an call center, office and/or administrative role.
• Be computer literate and navigate their way around a computer and have experience using Microsoft Office
• Have a sense of humor and enjoy being part of a positive culture
