Job Summary
Our Hilo branch is hiring a front-desk Receptionist to join our team. If you are a customer-service oriented individual that wants to be a part of a dynamic team in the Real Estate industry, we’d love to hear from you. The daily functions of this role are vital to our organization’s success.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Greet, interact, and assist visitors and customers
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Support the team by gathering, reviewing, and preparing documents; maintaining accounts; setting up appointments; assembling document packages
Receive, sort and route mail
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
About you:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Strong work ethic and meets commitments
Previous experience working in an office environment or dealing with the public is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
