Job Summary
Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for customer data entry.
Verifies all plant data for accuracy and contacts appropriate team leads to get clarification on any questions.
Maintains database by entering new and updated information.
Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
Determines entry priorities.
Processes source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Performs regular quality checks on the file system.
Performs other duties as assigned.
SALARY:
$18.00 per hour
Non-exempt, full-time

. Requirements: Job Accountabilities:
Answers any emails regarding data reports.
Maintains daily data report filing system.
Sends out all customer QE reports by 7 am each day.
Maintains ISO trackers and data trackers for ISO compliance.
Ensures all reports are sent out on time.
Job Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent substitute
Experience: 1-3 years of experience required, with 3-5 years preferred
Skills:
Ability to take initiative and problem solve
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent phone etiquette required
Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills
Ability to present oneself as well as the company in a professional manner
Proficient in the use of a personal computer and corresponding programs
Extensive Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook; Photoshop is preferred
Attention to detail
Excellent Interpersonal skills and customer service skills
