Your Title: Title Associate

You Report To:Sr. Servicing Operations Manager

Compensation: $19/hour

Schedule:Part-Time 3 days per week 9am-5:30pm EST

About the Opportunity:

First Help Financial, recently voted “Great Place to Work” is seeking a highly motivated Title’s Associate reporting directly to the Title’s Manager onsite at our corporate office. This is an exciting opportunity that will allow professional growth within FHF and establish a career, verse just a “job”! We will provide training to be successful in your new role! You will be responsible for daily title releases, connecting regularly with dealerships, and engaging with FHF customers addressing payoff and title inquiries. What you will be doing:

• Daily communication with DMVs and Dealerships via phone regarding title statuses and title information
• Assist in the processing of all dealership state paperwork and submit on time
• Update reports via Excel and Leap Frog with title perfection and missing titles
• Update and correct titles as needed
• Assist in the title flip process
• Perform data entry and verify customer vehicle information is accurately recorded in the system
• Perform various clerical and administrative duties
