firstPRO Inc. Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Maryland Full Time
FirstPro is now accepting resumes for a Customer Service Associate position. This role will focus on speaking to clients and coordinating services, maintaining records and providing general customer service. This is a temporary contract position that has the potential to convert into a permanent role, and can be worked 100% remotely from home. A laptop and training will be provided!
Responsibilities
- Maintain daily contact with key client contacts to document and report on status of pending inquiries regarding account problems, plus some outgoing phone calls.
- Must have a positive attitude and strong written and oral communication capabilities in addition to planning and coordination skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour
Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
