Job Summary
Providing support to Community Managers by processing the non-compliance inspections and procedures in accordance with company policies and procedures, NRS 116 and the governing documents of the association.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain positive communication with owners and abide by the culture created to enhance, promote and execute daily positive interaction among members of the management Team
Identify and clarify resident’s nee Answer questions and provide direction while maintaining owner confidentiality if engaged.
Ensure all Compliance Officers have scheduled all properties assigned to them in the required time frame per policy.
Ensure payroll for all Compliance Officers is submitted and approved in a timely per policy. Correct all payroll issued per policy.
Train all new and existing Compliance Officers on company systems and in best practices.
Conduct periodic audits of Compliance Officer Property Inspections.
Attend training as required.
All other duties as assigned by President.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities
Practice and adhere to FirstService Residential Global Service Standards.
Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct.
Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules. Notify supervision of unusual equipment or operating problems and the need for additional material and supplies.
May participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing the work.
Follow all policies and Standard Operating Procedures as instructed by Management.
Perform any range of special projects, tasks and other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibility
Attract and recruit replacement staff
Coach, train, and mentor staff
Responsible for a staff of Compliance Coordinators
Conduct annual performance reviews.
Conduct regular one-on-ones (monthly basis, at minimum)
