Our company is seeking a Painter for our condominium in Midtown Miami/Brickell, FL (33137).

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday (8a-5p)

Responsibilities:

Paint all common areas and touch up as required; inspect areas that may need paint and advise manager.Complete daily work orders as scheduled.Properly utilize new equipment and follow safety procedures prior to use.Prepare various surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, burning, sanding, sandblasting or other means as necessary.Repair surfaces to be painted including plastering and sheetrock finishingMix, match, and blend various paints, enamels, lacquers, varnishes, stains and special protective coatings to achieve desired color, consistency, and drying propertiesMaintain proper inventory of paint products and keeps items orderly on paint cart. Clean and store tools and equipment
