Product Manager – Compliance
What does a successful Product Manager do at Fiserv?
Card Services within Debit Card Network team is focused on continued strong revenue growth and is committed to building outstanding consumer products while being a “partner in possibility” with our clients. As a Product Manager , you will focus on tactical efforts specific to Network Compliance requirements . You will work closely with Strategists to execute strategy for solutions within the product line and delivery throughout the product lifecycle. This includes, but is not limited to, documenting, and implementing new project and/or enhancements for our clients and stakeholders and the overall successful implementation of Card Network Products.
What you will do:
Support the company’s overall strategy and goals as we continue to be forward thinking.
Engage with Product Strategists to prioritize and drive projects to meet roadmap timelines.
Ensure product advancements are communicated with stakeholders, business requirements are clear and there is open communication between business & tech partners.
Provide recommendations on product launch strategies.
Work closely with internal stakeholders for enhancements and with technical team to deliver against roadmap projects.
Work with development teams to help remove risks and impediments.
What you will need to have:
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of experience within Product Management, project management or as a business analyst.
3+ years of experience in a compliance related product role .
Practical knowledge of technology used to support payment card products and services.
Experience providing direction, guidance, and support to the organization.
Analytical skills to solve diverse problems and make decisions.
Experience influencing people at multiple levels.
What would be great to have:
Previous experience in a payment processor environment.
Comprehensive understanding of the Network Industry.
Experience in the financial Industry.
Results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
Agile experience.
Proficient managing large initiatives that span across different business areas & complexities.
