Job Purpose:

What does a great Implementation Consultant do?

You will be an ECM (Enterprise Content Management) Implementation Consultant primarily leading cross-functional project teams implementing Fiserv products and services domestically, and at times internationally. This role will be primarily supporting our Nautilus product suite.

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated candidate to join the Professional Services team in a senior Program Management role. You will be working with cross-functional groups & financial institutions (business and technology) to design and deliver tailored ECM solutions. You will supervise and support Technical Consultants, Project Managers, and Solution Architects in their responsibility to deliver on all aspects of projects, including but not limited to scope, budget, resources, timeline, solution delivery, articulating the functionality, use cases, benefits and best practices of our applications. Deliverables may include new implementations, processes, data migrations, and/or client-directed product enhancements that support the client’s use of our products. The Program Manager will act in the capacity of “Point of Contact” for a set of clients.

Our Nautilus platform provides a comprehensive ECM solution that banks and credit unions can use to deliver on-demand access to forms, statements, reports and documents and converts manual paper-based processes to powerful automated workflows. The solution combines capabilities such as workflow, document imaging and management, check image statements, archiving, records management and case management into one, easy-to-use system.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Own client relationships, solution vision, business development, and project management for several clients in our Nautilus PS portfolio.

Clearly articulate to clients Fiserv Nautilus modules, functionality, use cases, benefits and standard methodologies.

Translate client requirements into solutions supported by the offerings.

Coach colleagues and clients through a project; require accountability for tasks and deliverables.

Oversee product customization / enhancement projects for clients, including all internal and external partner coordination for timely delivery.

Simultaneously manage several projects (client-facing and internal) of various sizes.

Engage in business development and sales activities; develop, present, and negotiate pricing proposals, Statements of Work, and Work Orders; and see them through full execution.

Track project financials, including accurate forecasts and budget vs. actual tracking.

Manage implementation programs/projects for clients for all Fiserv Nautilus product offerings, from project initiation through analysis, design, configuration, testing, training and delivery.

Ensure predictable, consistent, and successful project delivery. Provide a complete view of the overall project to the organization and all stakeholders.

Exhibit proactive behavior by engaging in project planning activities, including but not limited to: Defining the overall scope of the project; Creating and maintaining a consolidated timeline highlighting the major milestones and associated dates for project activities; Identifying and communicating project dependencies and impacts; Putting mechanisms in place to set expectations and ensure on-going control of the project (e.g., Kickoff meeting, overall Project Management Approach, Risk Management, Issues Management, Change Control, etc.).
