Role Introduction

Fiserv is seeking a graduate of Business/Technology/Finance/Research to join our Business Analysis team in Clonskeagh, Dublin, to be part of our next generation of commerce infrastructure, services and analytics team to support continued growth and customer delight. The position offers the opportunity to an individual who is keen to gain a broad understanding of the Acquiring payment industry. The key challenges in this role are to agree specific, achievable and realistic time bound objectives internally and with our clients so we deliver robust solution.

Key Responsibilities/What You Will Do in Fiserv:

• As a Business Analyst you will be supporting our clients through large scale transformation programmes and projects within the payment industry
• Across our client portfolio, you will focus on developing “next-generation” solutions and provide expertise of the industry
• Working closely with business stakeholders to understand business challenges and gather requirements
• You will be working in Agile and Scrum environment
• You will be involved in all aspects of the a project life cycle from requirements, supporting development, testing and final delivery
• Working on business requirement documents and scope documents, with EPICs, Stories and Acceptance in JIRA
