You will be responsible for driving high performance by providing support and continuous development to your team, ensuring we are providing premium service to our global sales customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manages and develops Global Sales Support Consultants effectively, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure performance standards are met
• Acts as the main coaching support for Global Sales Support Consultants, ensuring they are skilled to effectively facilitate and resolve customer contact
• Plan and prioritize team resources effectively, monitors and manages activity to achieve optimum value and meet service objectives
• Acts as a brand ambassador in interactions with customers, ensuring the Fisher & Paykel brand reputation is upheld at all times
• Participates in the sourcing and recruitment of future Global Sales Support Consultants talent

Experience Required:

• You will need to lead by example and be able to represent the Global Sales Support Team on a global platform
• Have a demonstrated history of communicating effectively across the business with a wide variety of stakeholders
• History of acting as an advocate for the business and demonstrating our Value of Trusted
• Previous people leadership desirable but candidates with strong potential also encouraged
• Flexible with a positive attitude to challenging situations
• Excellent attention to detail
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills to leads by example
